As a Certified Public Accountant, he participated in the establishment of several initiatives in the field of education and culture, consolidating his role as a specialist in the field.
His professional experience extends from tax and accounting consulting to business education by providing a strategic approach to the management and development of businesses and educational institutions. He served as president for the Tuscany Region of UNIMPRESA, an organization that protects and represents small and medium-sized enterprises, promoting their economic development and sustainable growth.
Professionally, Dr. Borrani has contributed to the establishment of InFlorence Academy, a school dedicated to teaching Italian language and culture to foreigners, located in the historic Palazzo Guadagni in Florence, and to the establishment of Focus Movie Academy, a film and filmmaking school with offices in Florence and Milan. His commitment to the promotion of Italian culture is also reflected in the founding of the J.J.J. Gallery, a nonprofit association that provides exhibition space dedicated to Italian and international artists and helps to spread art and creativity in the Florentine cultural scene.

In November 2020, Dr. Borrani was appointed Chairman of the Tuscan Committee for the Preservation of Italian Language and Culture Schools and the Promotion of Sustainable and Quality Tourism. The committee, composed of more than 20 Tuscan schools, is dedicated to promoting Italian language and culture and supporting sustainable tourism. Under the leadership of Dr. Borrani, the committee is committed to raising awareness among public institutions in order to promote the recognition of Italian language schools within the landscape of quality cultural tourism.
